After being anxious about attending for a blood test I left very happy. I arrived and took a number to wait to be seen. The expected wait time said 45 minutes but it was more than half the time less. The nurse was clear about what would happen, put my mind at ease and was friendly. The blood test was painless and took less than 2 mins. A day later there is no bruise
