ON 23rd june 16 i had a total knee replacement done. From the minute i got there the receptionist showed me to my rgoing through everything. Then the Consultant and the anthiertist came to talk to me about what was going to happen . The nurses introduced themsevles and took great care to make my stay as comfortable as possible. My health care staff were so helpful and always went the extra mile to help me with everything , without getting in the eay. Food and domestic staff were also excellent making sure my needs were met at every opportunity.
