Anything else?
Why is that a canteen, which is advertised as being open from 9am to1pm, cannot serve anything at 10 minutes past 12 because the canteen staff are having lunch?

Apologies for this occasion, we have now resolved this problem by ensuring that the kitchen staff have seperate breaks.
