What I liked

I like the fact that this world reknowned Upper Limb unit delivers success. It really does do what it says on the label. It is a shining example of all that is good in the NHS and is something that we should be proud to have in the UK. I have had 4 very successful operations at the Upper Limb Centre at Wrightinton Hospital after having been left with a badly crippled right arm and effectively written off at my local hospital. The gifted surgical team, and the supporting therapist and nursing teams have effectively given me a more useful right arm.

What could be improved

I can't think of anything important which could be improved. The team are absolutely professional, great care is taken with cleaning to reduce risk of infection and everyone is treated equally with respect and dignity. Even the standard of food is good.

Anything else?

My experience of the appointment system and the clinics has also been excellent. The administrative team are as professional and courteous as the medical professionals who manage the clinics. Finally - Complements to the chef on the steak pie!
