Recently I have been off work with stress for three months. I was referred to Six Degrees Social Enterprise by my doctor. I was seen by a young lady who immediately put me at ease. She very professionally told me what she could help me with. Basically she just let me talk about my problems, but at the same time kept reassuring me that she was there to listen and help.
I would definitely recommend speaking to a professional when suffering with stress because they know how to listen and give you advice along the way.
