"The staff were great , nothing ..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

(as the patient),

What I liked

The staff were great , nothing was too much trouble . I had problems walking because I had fractured my pelvis but the staff helped me to the bathroom even gave me a shower with no embarrassment on either side.

Food was good though sometimes a little bland

What could be improved

More cups of tea especially later on in the evening

Anything else?

I didn't feel ready to leave as I could only walk with a deal of pain and 2 crutches, but the physio said I was ready to go home , I had my doubts, anyway 2 weeks later I am walking with no crutches not as fast as I would like but at least I am mending.

I want to thank all the staff who looked after me they were all so cheerfull and professional.

Thank you all.

Thank you for your kind comments. We will pass your comments onto the teams involved.

We place great value in the fact that local people continue to choose our hospitals and we openly encourage patients and visitors to give us their feedback. This will enable us to continually to improve the services we offer and the experience our patients have whilst in our hospitals.
