(as the patient),

I saw a therapist at beckenham beacon. My therapist was great. I didn't wait long for appointment and I was explained what OCD was. My therapist went through how my OCD started, how it worked and given the tools and insight to change. I am less stressed and feeling very confident about the future without OCD
