About: Princess Alexandra Hospital (Harlow)

Had to unfortunately visit again today with OH - couldnt be dealt with by GPs again!!

Arrived 10am - triaged straight away, waited 2 hours to see Doctor, was so busy with many Ambulance cases.

Junior Doctor so thorough (in training) waited and sent for CT scan, 5 mins, waiting 1 hour for results and was out by 3pm.

Much waiting but all sorted in the end.

The only problem is not knowing if you have been forgotten, thinking you have been forgotten!!

And thanks to the porter - rushed off his feet - having to remember every patient they have escorted from A & E :)

I have seen the CQC reports but everything was 100% for us.

Hopefully never be back again :)

Thanks Adele,

As you have to come back to Emergency Department twice it's a useful marker for us to show we are consistently delivering the care you need. It is a real positive to know your experience was good both times, thanks again for leaving a comment.

Every comment does makes a difference to staff morale. As someone famous once said, "People will not remember what you said, they probably won't remember what you did, but they will remember how you made them feel."
