i have a very large goitre that has reduced my quality of life.my case have been moving slowly like tortoise till i contacted PALS.PALS team were fabulous,they listened to my complaint and resolved my case.now i've gotten my surgery date.Thank you PALS and thank you for handling my case.

Thank you for your very kind comments about our PALs/Patient Services Team. I'm sorry to read that you have been suffering with a condition that has impacted and reduced your quality of life.

I'm so pleased to read that with the input of the PALs team, you were able to resolve your concerns and secure a date for your surgery.

I wil ensure that your kind comments are highlighted to the PALs Manager, as well as to the Head Nurse for Patient Experience, who will also be pleased to read your comments and ensure that it is highlighted to all members of the Patient Services Team who work very hard in providing our patients and families with support and advice to address any issues they may have in their hospital experience.

Once again thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is extremely important to us.

I wish you all the very best for your upcoming surgery and hope that you will soon be recovered with an improved quality of life.
