From the minute I walked into the hospital and spoke to the lovely receptionist at Outpatients South Wing, I was treated with such friendliness and dignity. The nurse that did my mammogram was lovely, explained everything they were doing, putting my anxiety as rest. I then had to get an ultrasound, the nurse again was lovely and friendly introduced them-self and the Doctor who did the ultrasound again putting me at ease. The next part of my journey was to the consultant and their Team. The consultant was excellent putting me at ease, telling me everything that was going to happen and what was going to be done.

My last visit was to Pharmacy which was excellent, everything explained from a lovely chatty pharmacist. I had such an excellent visit to Wansbeck Hospital and felt so positive when I left. A great big thank you to all the Staff I saw today.
