"Worn pedestrian crossing"

The pedestrian crossing near the junction of Loop Rd West / Loop Rd North is hardly visible now. I nearly walked in front of two vehicles today (23/06/2016) as the drivers can't recognise that's it's a pedestrian crossing anymore. This is dangerous in my opinion and is an accident waiting to happen. How do I go about raising this issue so that a safe remedy can be implemented?
