"Not happy"

About: Rowley Regis Hospital

Not happy at all came for a blood test at 155pm there was 1 person already having blood took an 2 waiting they all went in an out very fast i was left waiting while 3 members of staff decided to have a good chat which meant i had to pay on car park

Im a disabled person an couldn't park in disability spots there was at least 2 people just sitting in disabled spots they where still there when i came out thats wrong taking spots up

So it cost me £2.80p because of your staff having a chat it wasn't even anything to do with work something should be done about it

Hello Tracey , I am sorry to hear about the wait for you to have your blood tested and that you weren’t able to use a disabled parking space. We do aim to keep our waiting times to a minimum but understand that it can be frustrating for patients, particularly if you weren’t informed how long you may have to wait. I hope that we can do better next time you visit Rowley Regis Hospital. Thank you, Toby Lewis, Chief Executive.
