"A&E"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

My husband was admitted to A&E from Ashford International Hotel where we were staying for the weekend. He was having continuous spasms in his back owing to a fall he'd had 4 days prior to us travelling from our home in North Licolnshire to Ashford.

He was treated immediately to help reduce the excruciating pain he was in, followed by an X Ray & ultra sound which confirmed 2 broken ribs & fluid on his left lung.

The staff were very efficient & professional throughout my husbands stay.

The consultant was very approachable which helped immensely towards reassuring us throughout the treatment my husband was given .

We can't praise him & the staff enough for the service we had been given at a very distressing time. Thank you very much.

Dear Mr Dale

Thank you so much for your posting and taking the trouble to give us this kind feedback. Very kind of you. I do hope all is well now and that you both were able to enjoy your time in Kent.

Best regards

Sally
