Really disappointed today, when I turned up I was made aware the clinic was 20 minutes behind which was not a problem, 40 minutes past my appointment time I was told I was next by the nurse. A family arrived in the meantime, 55 minutes past my appointment time I was not called in but the family who arrived late for an appointment were seen before me.

I was sat in a lot of pain to be waiting this length of time is not acceptable I suffer from really bad anxiety and felt self conscious walking through Airedale.
