What I liked

Never though I'd see the day that I would have to miss a hospital appointment because of parking! Just spent over 40 minutes trying to find a space. As a disabled patient I obviously can't walk 3 or 4 hundred yards so I had to come away! To make matters worse when I tried to phone to let them know ,I was left holding for over 5 minutes and eventually had to hang up because I'd used up all my talk time. There is so much wrong with this hospital both clinically and administratively, the sooner they realise that the merger with Burnley simply isn't working and have the courage to change thing back the better.

What could be improved

If the workload of 2 hospitals wasn't being dumped on 1 inadequate site then both patients and staff would be a lot better off.

Anything else?

If at all possible choose to be treated away from this place.
