Today I attended for a major duct excision.. from walking through the doors the care and support I was given was absolutely amazing. My nurse on the adult day care unit was out of this world, they did everything from holding my hand to spending time with me when they knew I was getting anxious. They came to theatre with me and came back to see me in recovery... they then came to say bye when their shift ended. These nurses do not get the recognition that they deserve, they made me feel like I was their only patient.

The overall experience was made so much better than I expected purely based on the care that I received from nurses, anaesthetists, doctors and my surgeon, followed by the team in recovery. I truly can't thank you all enough. Well done
