Just had a cystoscopy a few days ago and want to say how fantastic the staff looking after me were.
feeling nervous and apprehensive the staff made me feel at ease and the care was first class.
From the theatre staff consultant and the nurses on the Richmond ward outstanding nothing too much trouble and always there to make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Alex again
