"My ongoing treatment at Dermatology dept"

I have been attending clinics for some time now so I feel qualified to give an experienced review. My condition has been steadily improving since I started treatment and, although I'm not completely healed as yet, I have every confidence that it soon will be.

The doctor I have been seeing will be off to their next placement before my next appointment so I thought I should take this opportunity to express my gratitude to them and the department. I can honestly say that I have always felt better after each visit regardless of how my condition has actually been at the time and that is a skill that no amount of training can give. They have always listened to my concerns and taken the trouble to explain things to me. The patients in their next placement will be lucky indeed.

It would be remiss of me not to mention the kindness and skill of the nursing staff in this department who make every visit as near to being delightful as can be in the circumstances.
