I have just had a first appointment for ENT following GP referral. As a healthcare professional myself
I am aware of the higher standards expected of us and our departments and I must say it was a real pleasure to be a patient of the ENT department today. The Nurse Practiiner, Health Care Assistant, audiologist and student audiologist were all first class.
