"Getting in touch"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

As of now, I have spent nearly 30 minutes trying to get through to the ENT department regarding an appointment that they never issued a letter for.

In the past few weeks, I have had the displeasure of having to go this hospital frequently.

A&E were great but as soon as I was referred to ENT, it's been awful and they have delayed diagnosis.

Very poor experience.

Consultant was beyond rude and treated me like an inconvenience and wasted my time full stop advising me to go back to my GP to get a referral letter.

If you can, steer clear as they just don't give a damn and that extends to picking up the phone.
