"From a patient new to the area"

As you can see from the title my wife and I have only lived in the area for 10 weeks. In that time i have been to Kingsmill 5 times as an outpatient.

I visit the Diabetic foot clinic and for the first time in 5 years I have had some positive treatment for my Diabetes.

I had to go and have quite uncomfortable treatment involving a camera and a personal place, it was just my luck to have a complication which would normally have meant a procedure under general anaesthetic but my Surgeon quite rightly took a decision to get some different equipment and finish the procedure. I suffered some extra pain but i was worth it to walk out an hour later.

I have to say that all the staff I have come into in the Diabetic Foot Clinic and the Urology Dept have been brilliant and that includes medical staff and reception staff, also not forgetting the Volunteers in entrance hall.
