I cannot fault the dermatology teams at both Blackburn and Burnley hospital. I have suffered a flare up of guttate psoriasis which has made me feel very self conscious. All the staff were extremely compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was fully involved in all decisions regarding my care and planned care was individualised to suit my life. I have so far been given two appointments without delay ahead of my scheduled appointments when my skin condition worsened. My experience with the dermatogy service continues but so far I can report outstanding quality of care.

I am so pleased that you found the staff to be extremely compassionate and that they took the time to listen to your concerns.
