I cannot fault the dermatology teams at both Blackburn and Burnley hospital. I have suffered a flare up of guttate psoriasis which has made me feel very self conscious. All the staff were extremely compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was fully involved in all decisions regarding my care and planned care was individualised to suit my life. I have so far been given two appointments without delay ahead of my scheduled appointments when my skin condition worsened. My experience with the dermatogy service continues but so far I can report outstanding quality of care.

I am so pleased that you found the staff to be extremely compassionate and that they took the time to listen to your concerns.

Also, that you felt fully involved in your plan of care and that this was individualised to you which is so important. I will ensure your feedback is passed onto the team who I am sure will be delighted to receive such positive comments
