(as a relative),

My Mum rang me around 6. 30pmand could hardly breath, she was only recently diagnosed with asthma and this was a severe asthma attack she was having, I only live 5 minutes away so rushed her up to Russells hall A&E, once we arrived at the checking in desk the staff could see she was having trouble breathing and rushed us straight through to the A&E department, she was seen by a doctor within minutes, I would just like to say how amazing all the staff where, everything was done quickly and efficiently. My mum had a short over night stay in AEU and again the staff where lovely and so helpful. Thank you to you all. : )
