Dear reviewer, thank you for your review for Children’s & Adolescent Services at Leicester Royal Infirmary and we are sorry that your daughter was given an unclean bed and the area was not up to the standard we would expect.

We would like to discuss your other concerns with you, therefore we would be grateful if you would email Hilliary Killer, Head of Nursing (Women's & Childrens) with your name, address and hospital number and she will be in contact with you.

Kind regards, Communications Team, Leicester's Hospitals.
