"Appointment"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

I suffer from IBS so I had an appointment at the maxillofacial outpatients department on Friday the 17th of June anyway as I sat there waiting to be seen I started to feel very unwell I was feeling faint so I went up to the reception to ask if I could go get some fresh air, but that could obviously see I wasn't very well and didn't want me walking outside so they sat me by the door in a chair to get some air snd also brought me a drink and something to eat, the nurses were so kind and caring and made me feel much better also the actual doctor I saw was great he was very informative and explained everything to me (most doctors don't) I haven't visited this place of the hospital before but I wouldn't mind if I had to go back

Thank you, Charlotte, for posting feedback about your experience of our Maxillofacial Outpatients Department. We are pleased to hear that you were impressed with the help you received from our reception staff and the caring support from our nurses. It is also good to know that you felt the doctor kept you informed about your treatment. We have passed your kind comments onto the team.
