I had an appointment at 11.00am today. I booked in at Reception, then went on to the Clinic, I gave a member of the Nursing team my details and took a seat. After about 15 mins someone noticed that the info screen was giving notice that there was a 1hr and 30mins delay. None of the patients were actually informed by the team of the delay, which I thought was very poor.
When I was called in to see the Consultant, exactly 1.30 hrs late., I found that I could hardly understand a word they told me. Was referring me to Rochdale something about a test to check the thickness of the eye. This has left me feeling quite annoyed, they seemed unable to explain anything to me. All in all not a very good experience
