All the staff were very helpful, caring and understanding. I was very nervous of the procedure, having a bad association with general anaesthetics in the past, but the anaesthetist was very reassuring and wasn't deterred by my anxiety. The procedure was handled very well as was recovery and when back in the endoscopy department. Thank you to all involved.
