In April 2016, I had a shoulder operation performed at the Halton Hospital. From the arrival on the ward to being discharged I was dealt with in the most professional manner being informed of all procedures and treatment, and all staff,from the surgeon, to the nurses and cleaning staff, showed the same high standards throughout. I am still receiving physio at Warrington Hospital where the same high standards are being displayed by the staff there.
