Had appointment 20/06/16 and it was a waste of time. Kept waiting (1.3 hrs) and not even allocated to see my consultant, given a member of their team. Staff unable to give any information concerning delay and when wanting to see staff member to complain - no one available at that time and no idea when they would be available. A shambles !
