I would just like to say how kind, caring and compassionate the staff were during my stay on Shuttleworth Ward.
The nurses were so kind to the ladies with dementia and spent time reassuring them and relaxing them before leaving them. The ward and toilets are kept spotless and everywhere is clean and tidy.
Thank you everyone on Shuttleworth Ward for making my stay so comfortable.
