"Appointment cancelled without any reason"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

My appointment cancelled on very last minute without any reason. I tried calling them for why but either they don't answer the phone at all and they tried to refer me to another person to speak. I have no luck communicating with anybody and I still don't know why.
