Appointment was booked for 11.35 at the treatment room. We were seen at 12noon. A prescription ordered at last Mondays appointment 13th June had still not been received by the chemist in the centre. I cannot understand why in a whole week this has not managed to have been done leaving us very short of essential dressings. It is totally unacceptable. Because of this incident today I will be collecting my notes next Monday and in future attending the clinic at my local doctors surgery. I have noticed that there is no continuity of treatment staff and therefore no continuity of treatment and the excuse of not enough staff is a concern.
