My brother has been admitted in to A&E twice at West Middlesex.
Upon discharge we've always asked for a letter to give to our GP and they've advised they will send it on, they haven't on both occasions.
So the GP is unaware of their findings or tests they ran.
Chased up to get this sent to the GP with no luck.
