On 1st June I had major surgery to remove a kidney and tumour and spleen. I would like to say a huge thank you to the surgeons, the registrar, anaesthetist and team for their excellent care and treatment received during and after the operation.
I could not have been treated any better and felt like royalty. Everything was explained in detail to me.
Also thanks to all staff on Ward 10 South and to my cancer care nurses.
