"My care at st Mary's and Hawthorne house"

I am under the care of st Mary's mental Health team and all I can say is they are all wonderful people and the care I receive is of the highest standard. I recently had to be transfers over to hawthorne house and they are all brilliant, the support and care I received was second to none, I can't praise them and st Mary's team on a whole enough, my care is still ongoing but I know I'm with the best team. I know it's not much but I want to say a massive thank you, and thank you in advance for my future care :)
