An absolutely seamless and faultless procedure right from my arrival at reception thru' to leaving after a cup of coffee. Professional, caring and empathetic treatment at every stage; the NHS at its best! Well done. I'd like to say I'll come again, but i hope not!

My visit: Early on 28 April 2016. Sorry for the late review.

We welcome your concise appraisal of your recent visit to our Endoscopy Unit and I’m sure you are not alone in not wanting to repeat the experience even though the preparation and anticipation are often worse than the procedure itself.

Thank you for highlighting the professionalism and empathetic care you received from the team looking after you and for the coffee and sandwich which are always most welcome while waiting in the discharge area.

I will pass on your kind words to the Sister who I know will share them with the rest of her team.
