"Removal of basal cell carcinoma."

About: Pilgrim Hospital

I was reviewed at the Royle Eye Department by the doctor on Nov 25 2015 and diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma.I had a biopsy which confirmed original diagnosis. After a further consultation with the doctor I decided to have the removal procedure done at Leicester Royal Infirmary where it was possible to perform Mohs Surgery on 16 02 2016. The reconstruction work was done by a doctor at the Royle Eye department 19 02 2016.

The biopsy was performed by the Sister who explained everything they would do,although it was a little traumatic everything was done professionally and competently. The reconstruction was performed by the doctor and their team, this again was done under local anaesthetic and everything was explained as it was performed. The whole reconstruction was again done with competence and professionalism.

I was finally discharged on 13 06 2016 and must say that I was treated with respect by all I I came into contact with and would have no problem recommending your services to friends and family.
