"Dreading my op"

I was dreading my operation on Wednesday 15/06/16 However I was treated really well I was in the day case ward and I was put at ease by the staff there , I was really nervous and was put at ease .
However I did witness a very rude patient towards the nurse and really they didn't deserve it they are doing a really good job I did speak up and told the nurse that, please ignore it, the nurse replied that they are trained in those areas and don't worry ... They are wonderful staff by looking after me and just wanted to say a really big thank you .............
