"Day Stay Procedure - Beckett Ward -Consultant."

Had to be at Beckett Ward for 7.30am admission, from the minute I arrived until I was discharged I can only reap praise for the staff on the ward for their professionalism, kindness and commitment, they went about the day with a smile and nothing was too much trouble even on a day they had no porters so were covering that too.

The consultant and their theatre team were all friendly, professional and reassuring, the consultant is very professional, extremely caring, informative and reassuring and encouraging as they carry out your procedure, and again when they visit you later back on the ward.

On discharge again the nursing staff were informative re aftercare, and still had a smile and a commitment.

Every member of staff is an absolute credit to the NHS and the ward was spotless.

Cannot find words enough to give them the credit they deserve.
