What I liked
All the staff treated me with dignity and respect. I had a horrible reaction to GA and nursing staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. I just wish I could remember everyones names to personally thank them.
What could be improved
Would have liked a personal feedback from surgeon following op, but a comprehensive report was provided with a follow up appointment - so really cannot complain about that!
Anything else?
Very impressed by cleanliness, caring staff that go the extra mile, cannot fault my care in any shape or form.
