Ok the waiting time was long. My app was running 11/2 hrs late and some people were moaning which did nothing to quell my nerves. ( perhaps a tv with subtitles might be an option or some literature might ease the boredom)? However the care and attention I received was wonderful. From the audiologist,nurse and doctor I was put at ease. I was not rushed and my questions were answered fully. These people were totally rushed off their feet but I was made to feel cared for. I have always thought that you should treat others the way you would expect to be treated. I definitely don't mind waiting if I have the care and attention I received at my appointment. Thank you ent dept.
