"My care"

About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services

I was taken to A&E George Eliot Thursday afternoon 16/6/2016 by ambulance who we're also fantastic as was the rapid response that came to me first and to be really honest so was the 999 operator. On arrival at A&E I was taken in to a private room dew to the nature of my accident I was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes and looked after by nurses from the moment I arrived a surgeon came to see me within 30 minutes and had me stitched up in no time. I was very apprehensive about being taken the the Eliot because of all the bad things I'd heard but I couldn't fault any part of the care I was given. It's unfortunate that I can't mention names on here to give them a a special thank you, I would like to give everyone a big thank you for the care and treatment I received from start to finish, the professionalism and friendliness of everyone and the way they all made me feel was second to none and they even kept me updated with the football score. I don't want to, but if I have to go to hospital again I'd have no problem going back to the George Eliot. I think the nurses and doctors at all hospitals do a fantastic job.

Thank you for your very positive comments which will be forwrded to the A&E team. I hope that you are now recovered and have been well enough to keep up to date with the football.

Regards
