What I liked

All the staff on Dolphin Ward were friendly, caring, and took the time to talk to my Son asking him how he was feeling.

What could be improved

Staff levels could have been better, they were under extreme pressure all of the time.

Anything else?

The ward and surrounding areas were kept incredibly clean.
