What I liked

I was referred to the Hospital by my optician - what a pleasant experince it has been. I arrived at A&E and was sent straight over to the eye dept where I was seen within a few minutes - the Nurse was friendly and put me at my ease. I then had a follow up call to book an appointment - I rang on Friday and was given the following Monday evening. Once again I was seen early by friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant!

What could be improved

Nothing more could have been done to help me
