I am not sure you will remember my Brother, who was admitted to your ward suffering with malignant melanomas. As result of his condition, he suffered also with paralysis from the chest down. These were the reasons for his admittance into your care. I am writing this note to let you know how much your care and attention stood out to my brother and was really appreciated in his time of need.
Your care made all the difference to him and believe me, he had very high standards. ( Only the best for him )
Sadly he passed away in March and he dealt with his situation with bravery and dignity until the very end.
