I cannot find the words to thank you enought for the gentle and sensitive support you gave my mum during her illness, which was very traumatic at times, especially over these last few months. Your visits always made mum and myself feel very supported and I truly do not know how we would have managed without your commitment to your jobs.

You are beyond exception the mechanism that keeps care in the community exceptional!

Mum appreciated everything you did for her and she cared for you so very much.
