Just wanted to congratulate all involved in my care from the consultant to the ancillary staff. I cannot fault any aspect at all. You are all amazing and the food was great too. I was nervous about having my operation but won't mind if I have to have it done again. I was on Stannon ward.
I do have to say though that there is a huge staff shortage. I witnessed the nurses unable to have their breaks as they were too busy. This I feel is unacceptable when they have to work a 12 hour shift. At no time however was the care of the patients compromised, but the care of the staff should count too.
