What I liked
Just like the person in January I went through the same experience. I turned up at the hospital for a blood test, paid £3 to park (the minimum charge), went to get my blood test only to be told I could not have my test until after 11.30. To make it worse it’s a fasting test so I can’t eat until I get it done. Very, very poor.
What could be improved
Simply a better system. To not have a £3 minimum charge for parking. To have the times you CAN go shown on the blood tst form.
