"Still waiting"

About: Western General Hospital / Urology

(as a carer),

Superpubic catheter fitted mid-April. On discharge info advised catheter change to be done 2 months later. After speaking to the very helpful staff in nurse led urology to get an appointment time, they didn't have referral from doctor so couldn't do anything and put me in touch with another administrator. after numerous phone calls & promise of getting this dealt with" promptly", I still have no appointment time and no call back as promised.
