(as the patient),

At fairly short notice, because of a Perforated ear drum, it was arranged by my doctor for me to visit ENT Clinic. The clinic was clean and cheerful and the staff welcoming and efficient. At my visit I was seen by Dr Limbrick. The visit was excellent with the Dr having a very professional but also real caring attitude. His recommendations, which he also referred to senior duty doctor, are already having tremendous benefits with my hearing and complete absence of any sort of headache. Thank you all for a most beneficial visit, and yet again following real help at the balance clinic last year, these facilities I would recommend to everyone.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your visit Heartlands Hospital Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Department and the treatment provided to you.

I am so pleased to read that you found the department to be clean, cheerful and the staff were welcoming and efficient. I am also pleased that you found the Doctor to be professional and caring and that his treatment and advice has been of huge benefit to your hearing and well being.

I will ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Clinical Director for ENT as well as the Matron who will be thrilled to communicate your lovely feedback to all of the ENT team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience in often busy, difficult circumstances.
